Terms of use
§1.
Access to advancedtools and services of the website wLubuskie.pl requires authorization by setting up a user profile on the wLubuskie.pl portal. After fulfilling the requirement of authorization the user receives full access to free services which are offered by wLubuskie.pl portal.
§2.
- User profile at wLubuskie.pl is automatically set up after familiarizing with the regulation by the user, its acceptance, filling out the registration form and then opening the link sent via e-mail.
- The acceptance of a filled registration form by the user means his or her consent to the collection, processing and use of given information by the wLubuskie.pl for statistical and marketing purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, abbreviated Dz. U. No 133, item .883)
- By sending the registration form the user confirms the authenticity and correctness of the given data with the actual circumstances.
- The webmaster does not control, nor verifies the user identification data given in the registration form.
- The webmaster provides each user of wLubuskie.pl with access to his or her data in order to verify, modify, or remove after prior authorization at his or her secured profile page.
- The webmasterdoes not take responsibilty for the consequences of the disclosure of the password to the web portal to third parties, regardless of the cause of the disclosure.
§3.
The user is obliged touse wLubuskie.pl in compliance with law, social and moral norms and the statements of these regulations.
§4.
- The user takes absolute responsiblityfor the manner in which he or she uses wLubuskie.pl website, in particular for the content of the comments and announcements as well as texts, audio-visual materials and photographs, under the penal and civil liability for illegal activities.
- When postingmaterials, comments and announcements as well as texts, audio-visual materials and photographs on the portal, the user declares that he or she holds the rights to their publication.
- The user, by posting comments, texts, audio-visual materials and photographs on the website, gives non-exclusive licence for wLubuskie.pl to their use, record, change, delete, update, public performance, public display, reproduction and dissemination.
- wLubuskie.plreserves the right to change or shortening of the titles of texts posted on the wLubuskie.pl website.
§5.
wLubuskie.plreserves the right to removal of the user profile from the portal if it is justified, in particular when the website is not used compliant with the statements of these regulation or with the applicable law
§6.
wLubuskie.plwill not forward, sell or share personal data of users to third parties or institutions, unless there is an explicit consent of the user or at the user request or when it arises from law obligation.
§7.
wLubuskie.plreserves the right to sending newsletters and advertisements from the wLubuskie.pl website via e-mail to its users.
§8.
wLubuskie.plreserves the right to amend these regulation.
